As I said yesterday I had an inside scoop from our National coaches’ son that Spain wouldn’t be bringing down some mediocre 3rd side to face Bafana Bafana on November 19th! Spain announced their squad for their upcoming friendlies, and my God, they aren’t holding back any big names! You can see the Bafana Bafana squad I posted yesterday [here] in the meantime.
The only names that have been left out are David Silva, Gerard Pique and Fernando Torres (but we get to see Diego Costa in a Spain jersey instead) so I am not complaining about that one! The other big name missing is Barcelona star Xavi, although he is generally being kept out by the ever impressive Koke of Athletico Madrid. A player on the radar of many big clubs, including Manchester United! So here are the World Champions who will be facing us come 19 November, at FNB stadium!
