The transcontinental underground music event Lighthouse Festival returns to Cape Town this January 2019 for another vacation style electronic adventure taking place at their signature venue – Slangkop Point Lighthouse, just a stone’s throw outside Cape Town.
In true LHF mode, the organisers will host not just one event, but a marathon of five parties hosted from 24-26 January 2019. Lighthouse, which takes place annually in both Porec, Croatia and Cape Town, South Africa is synonymous for its “electronic music on vacation feel” – hosting some of the worlds finest DJs and producers at two plush venues set worlds apart.

LHF_ Pre & After Parties | Mødular. Cape Town | 24th PRE – 26th AFTER
This year both the pre and post Lighthouse Festival celebrations will be hosted at Cape Town’s most popular techno dungeon – Mødular. LHF_ Supporting Initiative | Bridges for Music school | Langa. Cape Town | 25 January 2019
Free bbq event/supporting initiative
LHF will host an event in partnership with slice and non-profit organisation “bridges for music” along with afro-house rising artist Floyd Lavine as MC. LHF aims to support the local community project ‘Ikhaya garden’ as well as the’ BFM music school’ with Cape Town’s Langa community. A workshop with free food & drinks for all neighbouring kids will take place prior to the festival this month. Anyone booking a LHF Croatia ticket – starting from nov 14th will have the opportunity to donate to the cause as well.
