The latest offering from the comedy duo that brought you The Office and Extras are back…in full force!
Life’s too Short focuses on the life of Warwick Davis, an English actor known for his roles in Return of the Jedi and the Harry Potter movies.

Warwick suffers from dwarfism and is just 3ft 6 in height. In the show, he plays a fictionalised version of himself struggling to find work as an actor with dwarfism. He also runs a “small person” talent agency, which he does in real life.
Ricky Gervais described the show as, “another naturalist observational comedy, dealing with everyday problems, human foibles and social faux pas … but with a dwarf.”
In typical Gervais fashion, the guest appearances are incredible! Johnny Depp, Liam Neeson, Steve Carell, Sting and Helena Bonham Carter just to name a few.
The shows creators have recently had to respond to criticism of exploiting their lead character, Warwick.
Ricky Gervais tweeted, “People need to see the difference between programmes that satirise/highlight/reflect exploitation, and programmes that actually exploit.”
There’s no doubt there’ll be moments when you stop and think, “Wow, hold on, is that O.K?”
But if you’re just able to see the funny side of it, which Warwick clearly is, you’re in for a treat!
