Calling all bacon lovers, Tim Noakes #LCHF junkees, hipsters, foodies and bacon loving jewish friends! Cape Town has a new street hero. I’m off to the media launch of the much awaited Bacon On Bree tonight and am looking forward to seeing, hearing and tasting what they are all about. I hope we get to taste some of the items from the menu, because I definitely love the fatty juices of that fine streaky!
You can find this trendy new spot at the top of Bree Street, near Mothers Ruin Gin Bar and Orphanage Cocktail Emporium. They have been open since Monday the 20th, no coincidence they opened on 420 I’m guessing, but I decided to wait until the official launch in case they had to iron out any problems which are expected with new establishments! I have heard mixed reviews so far, but amped to check it out and see for myself as everyone has different tastes. You like back, he like kasler, I like streaky, she likes diced.
