It’s that time of the year again that the Absa Premiership kicks off at Cape Town Stadium! What better way to kick off the season for the Urban Warriors at home to Orlando Pirates for their first game in the Mother City? You can expect a packed house of about 20,000 fans and a whole bunch of new signings. Most notably the two new boys Mark Mayambela and Cheeseboy Mokoena who are both top class additions to the already bolstered squad. The first game of the season was away to Baroka FC and ended in a 1-1 draw.
The tricky Mark Mayambela is now wearing the red and white of Ajax Cape Town. Could this be the move that sees him shine to his full potential he has been promising for years?
