Without a doubt the best way to start your new year with an injection of fun, fitness and making some new friends. The popular Ocean Basket Bay To Bay race runs from Hout Bay to Camps Bay, and back if you can handle 30km, but I’ll be taking part in the 15km run. It starts at Hout Bay Harbour, heads along the coastal road, and ends at The Bungalow fields in Clifton!
The race is probably only second to The Gun Run when it comes to scenic routes on the Cape Town race calendar, and can help kick start your 2016 fitness goals, being help on 10 January 2016 next year! It’s being hosted by Top Events, who are famous for their of South Africa’s top races. These include The Gun Run, Totalsports Ladies Race, GrowthPoint Sundowner, Safari and more!
