GushiSushi is the brain child of my two friends, Michelle and her sister Melissa. They have been trading at markets, catering for events, and placing their products in various stores over the past year or so. I first tried their sushi rolls on Lion’s Head during a hike, and I was very impressed with the taste, value and quality.
They have just opened their first retail store in Regent Road, Sea Point. It is well worth going to check out! They make a large variety of different sushi dishes, from your conventional favourites, to some new age options with a twist.
