I first heard about this wonderful specimen from @barryhayman who suggested I keep her in mind for a Deadliest Catch feature. He has a good eye for talent and after meeting Shinnai, I can only agree with the geyser! Shinnai started modelling about 2 years ago, after it become a side pot for her promotions career. I am sure most of you underpaid, overworked people have done a promo in your time 😉 Easy money and great interactive work. I sure as hell would have enjoy working a promo with this corker in my days of working for an hourly wage in clubs, at events and for charity.

After the camera took a liking to her and her interest and love for the modelling world grew, she decided to take it on as a full time career and give the promos a wave goodbye. Thank the Lord, else she probably would never have moved to Cape Town and I would never have met her! Went to Fiction with her on Tuesday and let’s just say she is quite deadly after a few Sarita’s and Tequila’s 😉 She has done spreads for FHM, TeenZone (haha) and is on the cover of this month’s Century City Magazine. You guys know I am a big brands man and she has worked with the likes of Diesel, Puma, Adidas, Billabong, Jus Sayin bikini’s, Mac, True religion, 7 jeans, Contempo, Absolute vodka, Hallmark, Telkom, Wonderbra and many local designers at countless venues including Taboo, Latinova, News Cafe’s and FTV’s all over JHB and PTA, Vacca Matta, Sandton Convention Centre. She has just returned from Durban doing the shoot for Suncoast Casino, which you will see up on billboards all over Durbs. Hopefully someone will send a picture to me of one once they are up. If you happen to see one please do 😉 You must also look out for the shoot she just did with The Pepper Club and Playboy. If she bears all in it trust me I will be the first to let you guys know. She is down to earth Jozi girl, who has fallen in love with Cape Town and vows to spend the rest of her life here. Her favourite drink like most girls is Vodka & Cranberry, whilst I am sure she enjoys some Grey Goose rather than Russian Bear...One thing I found out for myself on Tuesday is that one tequila definitely gets the party started for this one!
